Here is what some of our past adopters have to say...
“I would like to say a HUGE thank you to West Coast Pet Project for rescuing our beautiful Potato (now Saydee) from LA and transporting her here to Vancouver! I can’t even remember life before Saydee - and that wouldn’t be possible without the help of this AMAZING rescue group.” -Sadee’s mom
"I can’t say enough about West Coast Pet Project. Having never owned or cared for a dog
before, I was quickly overwhelmed researching different breeds, male vs female, big vs small,
yada yada yada. I decided two things. 1) I wanted a rescue, and 2) I wanted a puppy. As soon as I saw a photo on Facebook of a group of Staffordshire Terrier puppies, I knew that was what I wanted. After submitting an application online, I was invited to meet the pups. Coho immediately separated himself from the rest of the puppies and I knew he’d be coming home with me. WCPP made it an easy decision after first cautioning and educating me on the amount of work a puppy was. Before that, I truly had no idea what I was getting into, but her enthusiasm had me excited for the challenge ahead. The puppies already had all their first round of shots, and they recommended a great vet. On top of all that they invited me to a Facebook page they had created for all the adoptees (of this puppy family). That gave us a way to stay in touch as well as see the other siblings grow up. I came away as a first dog owner and was on the right track right away. Coho, now a year and a half old has turned out to be my best friend and I can’t thank West Coast Project enough for not only bringing Coho and his family up from California, but giving me the opportunity to raise him. Thank you so much!" - Mike
